In order to learn lessons from last year's accident, comprehensively strengthen the company's production safety management at all levels, and curb the occurrence of various production safety accidents, the company held a reflection meeting on the first anniversary of the accident on August 6. The meeting was initiated by Hu Jian, vice Chairman and general manager, presided over by Shen Weiyi, vice general manager of operation, and attended by the main heads of all departments and workshops and department heads.

At the meeting, Shen Weiyi restated the accident investigation report, emphasizing the cause of the accident and the accident prevention measures. The three functional departments respectively make special reports from the aspects of change management, hidden trouble investigation, training and education, equipment integrity, automation improvement, personnel ability improvement, team construction and emergency response ability improvement.
